PMT Critical Metals LLC. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for metallization and magnet production. You will drive efficiency, quality, and scalability while applying advanced manufacturing practices.

The role requires leadership in process development, risk management, and collaboration with R&D to scale new technologies into production, with a focus on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 5+ years of process engineering experience in advanced materials or metals.
  • Strong background in process scale-up and manufacturing optimization.
  • Proficiency with DOE, SPC, and process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process development for rare earth metal and magnet production lines.
  • Implement statistical process control, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and control plans.
