The role requires a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of magnetics experience; proficiency in synthesis, characterization, data analysis, and magnetic simulation.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. required in a relevant field (Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering).
  • 3–5 years minimum experience in magnetics R&D, preferably in industry or academia.
  • Proficiency with magnetic material synthesis, characterization techniques, and data analysis.
  • Experience with magnetic simulation software and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of magnetization, hysteresis, and magnetic domains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D efforts to develop and optimize magnetic materials and technologies.
  • Design and conduct experiments to measure magnetic properties and analyze results.
  • Develop innovative magnetic solutions for multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and scientists to integrate materials into products.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations communicating progress.
  • Ensure research activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
