Job summary

REalloys Inc. in Ohio seeks a Sr. Process Engineer to drive development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for metallization and magnet production. You will enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability while introducing advanced manufacturing practices.

You will lead scale-up efforts, apply DOE/ SPC, and collaborate with R&D to commercialize new technologies, delivering cost reductions and robust control plans within a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (required).
  • 5+ years of process engineering experience in advanced materials or metals.
  • Strong background in process scale-up and manufacturing optimization.
  • Proficiency with DOE, SPC, and process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process development for rare earth metal and magnet production lines.
  • Implement statistical process control, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Job description
