Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field required.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
Responsibilities
- Leads professional governance activities across the organization.
- Develops strategies to support clinical quality and operational effectiveness.
- Serves as Magnet coach to leaders and program managers.
- Promotes evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
