Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree with 5–7 years of clinical RN experience required.
• National ANCC certification preferred and management experience.
• Experience in Magnet organizations and Magnet writing/preparation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Magnet readiness activities and submissions.
• Lead education for team members on Magnet standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to close performance gaps and ensure readiness.
• Mentor staff and facilitate structured communication across departments.
