Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• DNP preferred for leadership role.
• At least 5 years nursing experience.
• 2 years ANCC Magnet Program Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of nursing excellence programs.
• Lead Magnet/Pathway to Excellence pursuits for designated entities.
• Develop and monitor ANCC Magnet program applications and designation processes.
• Promote professional development and high standards of patient care across nursing teams.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to improve outcomes and staff engagement.
