You will drive professional development, empowerment, and safe patient care while advancing Magnet designation efforts.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced nursing degree, with Nurse Leader experience and Magnet/AW leadership background to guide organizational practice changes and outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing required.
DNP preferred for leadership role.
At least 5 years nursing experience.
2 years ANCC Magnet Program Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee design and implementation of nursing excellence programs.
Lead Magnet/Pathway to Excellence pursuits for designated entities.
Develop and monitor ANCC Magnet program applications and designation processes.
Promote professional development and high standards of patient care across nursing teams.
Collaborate with interprofessional teams to improve outcomes and staff engagement.
