• Serve as the primary representative of the company in the Madison market.
• Support sourcing, feasibility, and financial analysis for new projects.
• Own regional KPIs: backlog, project updates, talent review, budgets.
• Lead and mentor the local team to sustain a productive office.
• Represent the company at community events to build brand and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive accountability across the office.
