• Support the sourcing and feasibility of new projects, including financial analysis, pro-forma modeling, and risk assessment.
• Own regional KPIs — backlog, project updates, talent review and major budgets/expenditures.
• Lead and support the local team to maintain a productive, collaborative office environment.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to mentor regional team members and drive accountability across the office.
