Job Details

• Location: Madison, WI (in-office; candidates should reside within ~35 miles of downtown Madison)
• Reports to: SVP of Strategic Development and Marketing
• Serve as the primary representative of the company within the Madison market, building strong relationships and expanding market presence
• Support the sourcing and feasibility of new projects, including financial analysis, pro-forma modeling, and risk assessment
• Own regional KPIs - business development backlog, key project updates, talent review, and major budgets/expenditures
• Lead and support the local team to maintain a productive, collaborative office environment
• Actively participate in project pursuits and represent the company at community events to build brand and business opportunities
• Coordinate with functional leaders to mentor regional team members and drive accountability across the office
• 8+ years of experience in construction and/or general contracting, including project management and cross-functional team work
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
• Must be able to speak credibly to the technical side of construction - this is a business development-driven role, but you need to be able to "talk the talk" on how a building actually comes together
