Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Project Executive for our Madison, WI office. Lead multiple mid-size commercial projects ($10M–$20M) or own a single large-scale project ($100M+) end to end, from preconstruction through closeout.

You will mentor junior staff, drive schedule, budget, and quality, and participate in office-level strategy and business development while building strong owner and design-team relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven leadership on large or complex projects.
• Ability to mentor junior and mid-level PM staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple mid-size commercial projects ($10M–$20M) simultaneously.
• Or own a single large-scale project ($100M+) end to end.
• Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, on schedule and budget.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level PM staff.
• Contribute to office-level strategic planning and business development.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design teams; uphold safety and quality standards.
