Loewe is seeking a Store Director to lead our CASA Loewe concept on Madison Avenue in New York. You will drive sales, implement operational policies, train staff, and manage stock while upholding brand standards and delivering an elevated client experience.

You will empower associates, coach on the selling floor, and lead clienteling initiatives to acquire and retain high-value customers. This role requires luxury retail leadership and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of store management in luxury retail.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Foreign languages a plus.
• Empower others and build teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
• Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and empower associates towards achieving and exceeding personal and category sales objectives.
• Lead on the selling floor; coach and mentor sales team.
• Lead clienteling efforts for new client acquisition and retention.
• Meet category and consignment % of total business goals as defined by management.
• Support the sales process as needed.
• Handle customer issues and ensure highest level of service.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Carry out all operational procedures per Retail Handbook.
