Job summary

Loewe is seeking a Store Director to lead our CASA Loewe on Madison Avenue. The role centers on driving sales, implementing policies, training, and stock management, while delivering exceptional customer service per brand standards.

You will empower associates, coach on the floor, and oversee clienteling to acquire and retain clients, ensuring visual standards and inventory integrity align with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury setting.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Foreign languages a plus.
• Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to mediate issues to resolve concerns.
• Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and empower associates to exceed sales objectives while applying retail excellence.
• Lead on the selling floor, coach and mentor the sales team.
• Lead clienteling efforts including client books for new acquisition and retention.
• Meet category and consignment% of total business goals defined by management.
• Support the sales process as needed and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and comply with corporate policies.
• Maintain stock, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
