Job summary

You will resolve escalated incidents (L2/L3), manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain documentation in a fast-paced 24x7 environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in desktop/endpoint support or related roles.
- Strong Windows 10/11 admin and macOS support experience.
- Advanced Active Directory and GPO administration.
- Experience with AD user/group provisioning and cross-domain environments.
- L2/L3 support experience with escalation handling.
