Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Help Desk Engineer in Seattle to join a fast-paced IT team. The role focuses on providing Tier 1/2 support for MacOS and Windows endpoints, leveraging Okta SSO, Entra ID, and Intune.

You will support onsite and remote staff, deploy laptops, and document processes in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT support, strong MacOS expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
• Strong MacOS support experience
• Experience with Okta (SSO/SAML)
• Experience with Entra ID and/or Intune
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Troubleshoot and support both Mac and Windows endpoints
• Manage and resolve issues through a ticketing system
• Support onsite and remote employees with technical requests
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and endpoint devices
• Assist with conference room Audio/Video technology support
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide white-glove support to employees and executive stakeholders
