Qualifications

• 2+ years progressive IT experience.
• 2+ years supporting Apple platforms in enterprise environments (500+ macOS machines).
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of authentication, networking, wireless, VPN, peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Apple devices and desktops on-site in New York City.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with training materials.
• Troubleshoot macOS issues and assist users with onboarding.
