Job summary

Niron Magnetics, Inc. is seeking a Machinist II to program, set up, and operate CNC and manual mills with HAAS controls for prototype and production builds. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and R&D to ensure highest precision and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing or machining.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
• Experience operating manual and CNC machine tools and using precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual milling equipment focused on vertical milling.
• Interpret drawings and ensure parts meet design intent and specifications.
• Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing to achieve dimensional/cosmetic requirements.
• Document production results and support continuous improvement activities.
