Job summary

Kelly Services in Raynham, MA is seeking a 1st Shift Machinist to operate and set up precision metalworking equipment, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm.

You will inspect parts, maintain machines, keep calibration records, and communicate needs for maintenance while upholding quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years’ machinist experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work on CNC or manual machines with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a machinist or machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to set up, operate, and adjust CNC or manual machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality.
• Comfortable with a 1st shift schedule (M-F, 6:00am-2:00pm).
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve minor manufacturing issues efficiently.
