Eaton’s IS AER ITD division in Camarillo, CA seeks a Machining Team Lead - 2nd Shift to manage day-to-day machine shop operations, assign work, meet schedules, and maintain quality and safety.

Working lead will setup and troubleshoot CNC and manual equipment, mentor machinists, coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Planning, and ensure accurate job closures while maintaining a safe, productive environment on the 2:15pm–10:45pm shift.
