Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years in machine setups and operation, including CNC/manual machining.
• 1 year of experience leading, training, or mentoring machinists is required.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and first article inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day machine shop operations, assign work by priority and revision level, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Oversee machining on Haas/Mazak lathes and Mori Seiki/Haas mills; support tooling, fixtures, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot dimensional, tooling, and machine issues; support first‑article and in‑process inspections.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to maintain safety, quality, and production targets.
