Qualifications

• Must read machining and engineering prints.
• Minimum of 5 years of manual and/or CNC machine setup experience.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA.
• Access to export-controlled information requires US person status.
• Prefer 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities of CNC Machinists in the department.
• Develop and improve precision machining processes and department performance.
• Inspect products and verify conformance to specifications.
• Set up and operate machines and enforce safety regulations.
• Schedule work and monitor progress with production planning.
• Train employees and guide team to meet quality standards.
