Job summary

The position is full-time on site with responsibilities across staffing, equipment, and process optimization.

The candidate will drive standard work, coordinate with logistics, and participate in daily shopfloor meetings to improve performance and safety on the line.

Qualifications

• Ability to use computer and word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of OPEX production management methods.
• Knowledge of Quality control.
• Good technical knowledge of the products produced in the Value Stream.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift operations for people, machines and materials.
• Manage staff availability and assign resources across lines.
• Coordinate with other team leaders to allocate resources within the shift.
• Prepare for shift handover and ensure smooth production/logistics for next shift.
• Develop and maintain standardized work and monitor daily deviations.
• Lead with Shopfloor Management practices and drive continuous improvement.
