Responsibilities

• Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices.
• Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage shift handovers, training compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Read blueprints, assemble parts, connect cables and wiring to meet specifications.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
• Drive 5S practices and ensure parts availability with the materials team.
