Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing maintenance experience in a team environment.
• 1–2 years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt trained preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and CMMS applications.
• Ability to work non-production times including holidays, weekends, nights.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members of a large manufacturing area to attain maximum product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support training, motivation and safety of High Performance Work Team members.
• Distribute work assignments according to production objectives.
• Meet daily production goals with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Plan and implement maintenance tasks based on CMMS data and equipment condition.
