The role emphasizes coaching front-line managers, driving continuous improvement through PACCAR Production System, lean leadership, and Six Sigma projects, while maintaining ISO and IATF standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in assembly and machining operations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and teambuilding.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with lean leadership and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Materials activities to provide quality products meeting customer demand safely.
• Develop and manage front-line managers across multiple departments.
• Coach and mentor team members for personal and professional development.
• Support training, motivation, and safety of High-Performance Work Teams.
• Oversee work assignments to meet production objectives.
• Set and meet production goals, including safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Partner with HR on hiring, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management.
• Lead process improvement efforts (PACCAR Production System) and Six Sigma projects.
• Assist in budgeting and major plant projects involving cost reduction and new product setup.
• Control monthly costs per plant budget and ensure quality program compliance.
