Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC seeks a Working Lead Machining to manage day-to-day shop-floor operations in our Lansing-area facility. You will lead a small team on CNC machining tasks, ensuring precision, safety, and on-time production.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, and implementing standardized work while collaborating with supervisors to meet quality and throughput goals.

Formación

• Associates of Arts (A.A) preferred.
• High School Or Equivalent required.
• Associates of Science (A.S) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily shop-floor operations and maintain workflow.
• Lead team meetings and communicate production goals.
• Coach and train team members to improve performance and safety.
• Inspect finished parts and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support procedure development and continuous improvement.
