Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day shop-floor activities, align with production schedules, and ensure material readiness. You will supervise employees, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement under the Manager, Operations.

Responsibilities include enforcing 6S, coordinating maintenance, and promoting safety while delivering on quality targets in a FDA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shop-floor operations and coordinate set-ups.
• Review production schedules and ensure material availability.
• Manage labor, headcount, overtime, and equipment needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/6S in the facility.
• Conduct daily Gemba walks and communicate KPIs to leadership.
