Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Holt, MI seeks a Working Lead, Machining to direct day-to-day shop-floor operations on a shift. You will coach a team of machinists, ensure adherence to standard work, and maintain safe, efficient production with lean methods.

You will report to the Supervisor, Operations and contribute to training, process improvements, and performance metrics while supporting on-time, in-full production goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a trainer is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shop-floor operations.
• Coach and train team members; ensure adherence to standard work.
• Monitor production metrics and safety practices.
