Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership to meet current commitments and to push continuous improvements across the value stream, including training, cross-training, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• Experience operating computers with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Be a change agent and drive out waste using Lean methods.
• Lead day-to-day production activities to meet commitments and drive improvements.
• Manage resources in the assigned value stream areas.
• Assist Group Lead in developing and communicating team adherence to policies.
