Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school equivalent required.
• Experience coaching and training manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of machining environments and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop-floor operations for assigned area.
• Lead and coach team members to follow standardized work.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and monitor production goals.
• Identify and implement improvements in methods, quality and delivery.
