Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Llc is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to motivate and guide our production team, ensuring top-quality parts and on-time deliveries.

You will coach employees, optimize processes, and maintain a safe, efficient floor. In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll analyze workflows, schedule work, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged team of production employees.
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Verify finished products using inspection tools such as bore gauges, rails gauges, and micrometers.
• Interpret complex drawings, routings, and specifications.
• Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and daily goals.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Coordinate with Production Control to schedule work and manage workflow between shifts.
• Bring knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.
