Jamco America Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve CNC machining processes, manage MoM and routings, and coordinate tooling and fixtures.

You will interpret engineering drawings using CATIA/SolidWorks/AutoCAD and lead root-cause analysis for process issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive cost, schedule, and quality improvements, while mentoring production personnel and supporting new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• CNC machining/manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of tooling, workholding, GD&T, CAD/3D models, ERP systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple manufacturing priorities and work effectively across functions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve CNC machining processes, including operation sequences and tooling.
• Create and maintain Methods of Manufacture (MoM), routings, manufacturing instructions, and ERP documentation.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T using CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar systems.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, dimensional, surface finish, cycle-time issues and lead root-cause/corrective-action efforts.
• Support CNC/CAM program development, estimating/quoting, setup/run-time analysis, and capacity planning.
• Lead or support cost, scrap, rework, setup-time, cycle-time, tooling, and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain to resolve manufacturing issues and meet delivery requirements.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to production personnel.
