Job summary

Jamco America Inc in Everett, WA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, develop, and optimize CNC machining processes for complex components. You will own methods of manufacture, tooling strategies, and process validation, while guiding production, quality, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of CNC machining and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with GD&T, tooling selection, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop machining processes for components, including tooling, work holding and documentation.
• Improve CNC machining processes with proper feeds, speeds, and setups.
• Lead root-cause analysis for recurring machining issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and update MoM, routings, and production documentation in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost, quality, and schedule goals.
