Job summary

ProMach is seeking a skilled Parts Sales professional to handle quotations, delivery schedules, and order entry for machinery parts. You will develop aftermarket parts lists, analyze customer machinery, and provide technical guidance to ensure accurate pricing and on-time shipments.

The role requires 4+ years in machinery sales or service, an Electro-Mechanical Associates degree, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in machinery manufacturing, technical field service, or machinery sales.
• Associates Degree (2 year) in Electro-Mechanical.
• General: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote aftermarket machine parts by developing contacts/relationship with customers.
• Analyze the customer’s existing machinery and develop an aftermarket parts list for the customer’s needs.
• Receives telephone requests from customers or service for part price quotations and delivery schedules for quoted parts.
• Uses Syteline system to retrieve customer part information, stock status, and process orders for procurement and shipment.
• Independently research information to provide correct part and price information with relevant manuals and coordination with service/engineering/production.
• Provide answers regarding machine parts and availability to customers and follow up on shipments.
