Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in machinery manufacturing, service, or sales.
• Associates Degree (2 year) in Electro-Mechanical or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with Word/Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Effectively promote aftermarket machine parts by developing customer relationships and assessing needs.
• Provide part price quotations and delivery schedules via telephone and email.
• Use Syteline to retrieve part info, stock status, and process orders.
• Research and verify part/price details with engineering/service teams to ensure accuracy.
• Offer post-sales follow-up and address delays or concerns with customers.
