You will prospect new customers, manage territory plans, coordinate with internal teams, and guide projects from initial contact through installation and follow-up, maintaining margins and pursuing annual quotas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in consultative sales in the Machine Tool Industry.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; demonstrated problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building.

• Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of Machine Tool industry and products; communicates Gosiger's competitive edge.
• Prospecting and territory management; phone prospecting and field visits.
• Identify customer needs and propose Gosiger solutions; maintain daily face-to-face time with customers/prospects.
• Meet/exceed annual revenue and profit margin goals; manage budgets and expenses.
• Maintain CRM records (Gosiger CRM; HubSpot); generate estimates, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams; ensure project installation success and customer satisfaction.
