You will perform machine setup, programming, and run-offs, and design programming processes to create parts with a focus on efficiency and optimization. The role involves on-site and remote training for operators, troubleshooting, and regular travel to customer sites domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or formal coursework in applications.
• Experience with machine tool products, options and functions.
• Ability to read blueprints and develop processes for machine tool equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sale technical sales activities to customers and sales team.
• Perform machine set-up, programming, and run-offs to optimize cycle time.
• Provide on-site and in-house training on machine operations and troubleshooting.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customers.
• Maintain records and documentation for machine programming processes.
• Participate in trade shows and technical training events.
