Responsibilities

• Maintain the equipment by TPM standards, schedule monthly TPM activities, find abnormal machine problems and root causes, verify product quality, and adjust machines as needed.
• Lead and direct associates during TPM activities, track downtime trends, and train on complex/robotic machines.
• Repair minor items and safely operate and maintain machines to meet mass production criteria.
