Qualifications

• Must have prior experience at Lead Associate II level or equivalent with machine operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read manuals and perform basic math.
• Ability to read charts, logs, and graphs.
• Basic computer skills and tool usage.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and DMMI policies including TS16949/ISO14000.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment by TPM standards and perform monthly TPM tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine downtime and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist production needs and support complex/robotic machines.
• Communicate with support areas and train associates on TPM activities.
