Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Enter work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and contact vendors when needed.
• Order parts for machine breakdowns and kaizens.
• Design simple jigs and machinery; translate designs from blueprints.
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, PLCs and servo drives.
• Mentor Maintenance Associates and complete reports; ensure 5S standards.
