CP Flexible Packaging is seeking Machine Operators to join a 4-day week with 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu 4pm-2am). Starting pay is $20+ per hour, DOE, with a $1.25 shift differential. The team emphasizes a friendly, safe, clean environment and low turnover.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce packaging products.
• Complete tasks within daily goals and schedule.
• Tear down and set up jobs as needed.
• Load and unload product safely and efficiently.
• Interpret work orders, SOPs and tickets.
• Palletize and bag finished goods.
• Keep work area clean and safe at all times.
• Work in a team environment and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to SQF/GMP related SOPs as applicable.

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading of product
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Palletization and bagging
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s
• SOP’s may cover the area of (but are not limited to):
  • Employee Health & Safety
  • SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contaminates in all packaging manufactured
