C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring DAY SHIFT - Extruder Operators in Pennsylvania. The role runs 12-hour day shifts from 6am to 6pm with a starting pay of $20/hr, DOE. You will assist with machine set-ups, monitor operations, perform quality checks, and help keep the line running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator in set-ups and operation of the extruder.
• Perform tasks within time limits and meet daily goals.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure specifications.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Load and unload product using hoist.
• Interpret work orders, SOPs, and tickets.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Forklift operation when required.

Pay starting at $20/hr+DOE
12-hour Day Shift: Rotation 2/2/3
Hours: 6am-6pm

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Assist the operator in performing set-ups and operation of machine
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs

• Loading and unloading of product using hoist
