C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring a Material Handler for the night shift at our York, PA facility. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring materials reach production on time.

Starting pay is $20/hour with a 6pm-6am 2/2/3 rotation. We offer paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive benefits in a friendly, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have stand-up forklift experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP familiarity.
• Knowledge of warehousing and bar-coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift.
• Unload/Load trucks.
• Supply departments with required materials.
• Read and understand a production schedule.
• Use a scan gun.
• Perform basic math calculations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Operate stand-up forklift (Must have stand up forklift experience to apply)

• Ability to calculate using simple math
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge & skills – Word, Excel, Outlook email, ERP software
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced, changing environment
• Good communications skills.
• Must be able to work well under sometimes stressful work conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Prior stand-up forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of warehousing and bar-coding systems is a plus

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of times. (consistently)
• Must be able to move and lift up to 40 lbs. (intermittently)
