C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring DAY SHIFT - Extruder Operators in the United States. Pay starts at $20/hr plus DOE. The 12-hour day shift runs on a 2/2/3 rotation, with hours from 6am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and tickets.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Willingness to stand for extended shifts and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator in set-ups and machine operation.
• Complete tasks within time limits and meet daily goals.
• Perform quality checks and ensure correct specifications.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Load and unload product using a hoist.
• Read and interpret work orders, SOPs and tickets.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Keep work and surrounding areas clean and safe.
• Contribute to a team environment; support colleagues.
• Experience forklift operation is a plus.

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Assist the operator in performing set-ups and operation of machine

• Loading and unloading of product using hoist
