Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain machining and assembly equipment per procedures.
  • Complete daily production and process tracking reports for quality and efficiency.
  • Perform quality inspections by measuring parts to meet specs.
  • Use production documentation (PCC, SOPs, FMEA, Kan Ban, Flow Cards) to support processes.
  • Conduct routine TPM checks and monitor oil/coolant levels; participate in TPM activities.
  • Complete required operator training and certifications for compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain machining and assembly equipment to ensure seamless production in accordance with documented procedures.

  • Accurately complete daily production and process tracking reports to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Perform quality inspections by measuring parts for diameter, depth, grooves, and other specifications to meet quality standards.

  • Utilize production documentation including PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Points, Kan Ban, and Flow Cards to support manufacturing processes.

  • Conduct routine TPM checks by monitoring fluid levels such as oil and coolant, and participate in scheduled TPM activities to prevent equipment downtime.

  • Complete all required operator training and certifications to maintain compliance and safety standards.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and contribute ideas for process improvements through investigations and Kaizen initiatives.

  • Support team members by providing training and sharing process enhancement suggestions.

  • Uphold a strong safety culture by following all safety regulations, policies, and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. However, six months or more of factory or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $15.75 per hour
