Job summary

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Production Operator positions in Wytheville VA. This opportunity allows you to grow your warehouse production experience while learning new skills within a winning culture.

Responsibilities include operating compression presses, inspecting parts, and maintaining clean work areas. The role offers a Mon–Fri evening shift with weekly pay and access to Adecco perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand standard operating instructions (SOIs), safety regulations, production specifications, and quality inspection standards.
• Capable of operating multiple compression presses simultaneously while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hand tools, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree requirement.

• Set up and operate compression presses to manufacture molded rubber components while following established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Load materials into molds, monitor curing cycles, unload finished products, and ensure production requirements are met efficiently.
• Perform visual inspections, trimming, finishing, and packaging of molded parts according to quality standards and specifications.
• Complete production reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure work areas, equipment, and tools remain clean and organized.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$18.50 to $7.00 per hour
