Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is hiring for a bindery operator. No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with potential overtime, in a factory setting.

You’ll learn to operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, keep machines running smoothly, meet daily production goals, and ensure quality. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable and team‑oriented.

This is a 1st shift position - working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM with potential for overtime hours.

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.

On your feet for most of the shift

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
