Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a hands-on bindery operator to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency. You’ll adjust machines, monitor outputs, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. The role is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with potential overtime. Safety gear is provided in a factory environment.

This is a 1st shift position - working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM with potential for overtime hours.

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.

On your feet for most of the shift

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
