Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a capable individual to operate and set up high-speed bindery equipment in a hands-on, factory setting. This entry-level role trains you to handle cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while ensuring quality and efficiency on the line.

The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30AM–3PM, with potential overtime. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? training will be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-focused.

This is a 1st shift position - working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM with potential for overtime hours.

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.

On your feet for most of the shift

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
