Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is hiring for a 1st shift bindery operator. No prior bindery experience required—we train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to quality outputs.

The role involves working Monday to Friday, 6:30AM–3PM, with potential overtime. You’ll learn setup of cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable, able to work well in a team.
• Print, bindery or finishing experience is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.

On your feet for most of the shift

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
