Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a reliable manufacturing associate to operate manual equipment and support lamination processes on local shifts. You will read orders, adjust machines, and ensure final products meet specifications.

The role requires safety‑minded teamwork, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Local travel is minimal, with strong emphasis on quality and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.
  • Strong safety record and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate up to two types of manual equipment according to work orders.
  • Cross-train on lamination and other equipment to ensure accurate orders.
  • Set up or change over machines and perform adjustments.
  • Ensure products meet dimensions and quality standards; report issues.
  • Follow Lock Out/Tag Out and other safety procedures; lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Participate in daily housekeeping and safety training; complete tasks on time.
